For 10 years the ARC Network has been emailing the Accident Reconstruction Newsletter to the accident reconstruction community. The newsletter has always been and will continue to be an "opt-in" based newsletter. This means that it is free to receive, however, you have to request to have it emailed to you. This satisfies the "SPAM laws" and makes for an accurate list of recipients.
